We purchased a used Toyota Highlander a couple weeks ago. Bryant Madden greeted us and showed us immediately what we were looking for. He didn't pressure us and was very pleasant to work with. We are enjoying our Highlander very much! Daniel in finance was also great to work with.

I called and spoke with Todd Minor ahead of my visit, and laid out what I was looking to do. I had a car in mind, a price, and the goal of being in and out as quickly as possible (I was already pre-approved). When I got there, Todd delivered. It was a pleasure working with him, he was personable and understood a deal isn't just about one side winning but both parties feeling good at the end. I got in at 9:30 am that Saturday and was done by 12:30 pm. I what I felt was a good price for a car I love, and a very positive experience.

This is a really bad time to need to purchase a new vehicle, but I had gotten to the point of not having a choice. Juliana Gillotti, Sales and Leasing Specialist really was so patient and spent the time to work with me to allow me to find the exact vehicle I was wanting/needing. I really appreciate the time and effort she showed in assisting me in the purchase. She was friendly and made the experience actually fun!
