My salesman, Mike, who deals in the Internet Sales side of the dealership, went above and beyond!!! I have to have a breathalyzer in my vehicle which adds many hoops to jump through when it comes to purchasing new car. Mike work with me and seemed to understand what all had to be done in order for me to get this car. He even drove the new car to the "breathalyzer" auto service which is over a hour away just to make things so much easier on my wife and I! Cant thank you enough!!!

This dealership is not honest at all. Bought a car to find out they erased the codes for a bad transmission. Also found the shocks and struts were bad even though a safety inspection stated all was good. A lot of fraudulent activity going on at Import Motors. Save yourself the headaches and financial misery by staying away from this dealership.

He changed my perception of dealing with auto dealerships get things in order before I came in, he was direct and honest didnt give me any sales pitch or xx me as a junior exec I appreciated that. We purchased a vehicle, a few days later the breaks were squeaking. Took it in. Said all was well, and said they didn't hear anything. Few days later, we heard more squeaking. Took it in. Said they would replace the brakes. They LIED! We, now found out that the dealership only authorized a for the pads to be changed! About 5 months later "after thinking we had new breaks", we are wondering why they squeak at EVERY stop! Never told us they did not replace! They (Chris, the manager/doorkeeper to the general manager) will not rectify or honor their original statement. Scammed us!

Bought used SUV in fall 2021. Sales person Justin was great. Service was terrible. Drove car off lot and within minutes the check engine light cane on. Turns out they never bothered to check air in tires, brake fluid level, power steering fluid level. All were WAY LOW. Then the oil change was even worse. There was old oil all over the bottom of car dripping over my driveway. Then a week and 75 miles into owning, brake light came on. Need new brakes after dealer said they were good. STAY AWAY!
