Went to the Dodge dealership just to look. Wasn’t really looking for a new vehicle as I loved my 2019 Jeep Cherokee that I bought from Bob Brady about 6 years ago. Met with Diana Hughes and she was amazing! We had gone to a couple other dealerships and actually walked away from some good deals because the salesperson was either too pushy or rude. Diana never once pressured us into buying a new vehicle. She just explained what deal she could give us and what she could do for us. We test drove a 2024 Dodge Hornet and I fell in love with it. Because of her laidback and friendly personality we decided to buy it. Won’t be going to a different dealership in the future and will always ask for Diana in the future. Other dealerships must think people love pushy salespeople but never once has any of the staff we’ve dealt with at Bob Brady have ever been pushy or rude with us. Thank you Diana for helping us! You definitely have long term customers out of us!

Very dishonest people. If you drive more than a few minutes to get there, then they think that you’re invested in the car and will lowball you in the trade in and refuse to negotiate. They are very kind over the phone to get you there.
