We had a good experience the week we purchased our fourth car from Sunrise and third Equinox. Prior to our visit we spoke to Rachel with our questions. She took the time to answer all. The night we visited to look at the Equinox we had looked at on the internet we spoke to Nick who answered our remaining questions. Before our test drive. we discussed the price with both Nick and Ritchie. This and financing went smoothly. Nick made sure we went through all of our questions and set up of our Equinox.

I keep an eye on the car and truck market. I collect cars and buy and sell fairly often. So I knew what to expect on buying my next ruck. Covid made me wait a little longer and I finally found a truck I liked. I traded my 2019 Silverado for a new 25 Z71 Silverado with very similar features and just a nice modernization of my 19. I went to Jerry Haggerty cause its close to home and before i went I called 2 other chevy dealers nearby- Ive bought several from another nearby store but not this time!! I met Steve B on the lot after my arrival and told him swtraight up what I was looking for and he made it simple- told me if he could help get me that deal and amount for my car he would. We drove the truck to confirm I liked it enough to own it then introduced me to the owner Jerry and we hit it off talking about cars!! I met the manager Joe D and these guys got with the parts and service teams to confirm on some accessories I wanted and I got a deal better than expected!! Id refer anyone looking for a new or used truck or car or service anytime see Steve B and Joe D at Jerry Haggerty Chevy. I’m not sure if they ever actually had the car in stock, but they lead me around the whole facility trying to get me to buy a different car. “I think it’s here. Hey, check out that Lamborghini!” To make it worse, I was texting with the staff all week about the car under the guise that they actually had the car. Then, after all the walking around the property looking for the car, having the sales guy playing dumb, we get back to the sales floor, they tell me the car isn’t there (after texting me about the car all week and making an actual appointment to look at the car). And then all they did was try to sell me a Toyota. These people strung me along. Absolutely not buying from them.
