My vehicle was scheduled promptly and the schedule was able to be adjusted to my timetable. My vehicle was taken in for service shortly after my arrival. I was informws that I would need a new key fob, which did not surprise me. The cost was a ;lot for something a person can carry in a pocket, but such has become the norm with modern electronics. I was just very pleassed that the shop had one for my 10 year old pickup in stock. I was on my way home about an hour after I had arrived at the dealership. Other than electronics sticker shock (which I was somewhat expectding), I though the process went well and I was treated with coutesy.

We have purchased 3 vehicles from Keith aka "Happy", most recently an F-150. I can't recommend working with Keith enough. He kept us in the loop when searching for the options and color we wanted, found the truck and personally went to pick it up from another dealership for us. He took care of getting the bed and wheel wells lined and was amazing to work with from start to finish. If you are looking for a new vehicle, even if you don't see it on the lot, ask for him and he will do his best to make it happen for you. Thank you Keith for making a vehicle purchase fun and easy!

Very very very poor customer service. You think they would want to keep there customers happy and do something for them when they sell you a lemon for a vehicle. Won't be buying there ever again.
