Bought a new EV. Nick Bell was very good to work with. I didn't have transportation and this car was coming to the lot and was just what I wanted. Nick was prompt in contacting me and very respectful in allowing us an appointment around 3 hours out and he had the service team expedite the prep process during that time as it just came from the factory. Nick helped make that a totally stress free process and the car is now home in the northwoods!

Saw a car online, made an appt (we live in Duluth) with Matt Schmidt who had answered my email. The car was just as advertised, however too small for our needs. Fortunately Matt found the other vehicle I had noticed and it was a bingo. As a white-haired female couple it’s a bonus to be treated ‘just like everyone else’ … and we were! Matt was attentive while not over-selling and helped make this a surprisingly pleasant car buying experience. And money-guy Clay made us both feel comfortable (and laughing) all while taking care of the zillions of necessary details. We got the car we didn’t know we needed and 100% recommend both Matt and Clay as well as Matt’s friendly and welcoming desk neighbor!

Once we got the Trailblazer information taken care of and the sale arranged I asked her about the 2025 Z71 RST Silverado that was displayed on the floor! We were in need of a "new to us" vehicle, and we wanted Rick Schwab to show us what he had available on the lot. We test drove both used and new vehicles, and when we started crunching numbers, we realized purchasing a new car was the right choice for us at the time. Rick was wonderful to deal with - very knowledgeable and respectful, and his overall wish was for us to be happy with our purchase. We are happy, and thankful that Rick took the time to find out what our needs were and to match a vehicle to those needs. We definitely would buy another car here again!

We have been shopping for a long time for the right truck. We were so excited when we thought we found it. We drove it and everything was great. However it is used and we wanted to take it to our mechanic before we "bought" it. <br>They gave us such a run around and were so rude. They told me at firxt that it was no problem, then after he talked to his "manager" I needed to fill out a credit app (even though I had told him I wasnt interested in that since I was already approved through my credit union and was happy). He never knew what he needed but insisted this was their POLICY. I would have had no problem signing a loaner agreement and even leaving them with a check but they could never decide what the POLICY was. <br>I felt like we were treated as 2nd rate even though we were going to buy a 27000 vehicle! He just kept saying "well look where we are located" (implying it was a bad neighborhood).<br><br>Lets just say it ended with him telling me I "Wasted his time". This place is SHADY... BEWARE!!
