In for an oil change, waited in the service entrance as no one ever came out and asked if I have been helped, I walk around by the service writers area clearly lost, and again no one asks if I need help, o no one ever came out and asked if I have been helped, I walk around by the service writers area clearly lost, and again no one asks if I need help, one older gentleman wouldn't bother getting up off his stool. As part of replacing the cabin air filter, the tech disconnected the coolant line which goes to the coolant expansion tank but failed to reconnect it. As a result, as I drove home roughly a half gallon disconnected the coolant line which goes to the coolant expansion tank but failed to reconnect it. As a result, as I drove home roughly a half gallon of coolant was sprayed all over the passenger side of the engine compartment and the underside of the hood, and puddling on the garage floor. Fortunately I possess sufficient car knowledge to locate the open line, reconnect it, and replace the lost coolant. I then cleaned the engine, the underside of the hood, and the coolant dripping onto the garage floor. If I were unable to accomplish this on my own, Cornerstone would have paid for the car to be flat bedded back to the service department to resolve the problem. As a trivial matter, the clips holding the filter were also not closed and left open. East to address but frustrating, especially given the coolant issue. More
