There was no pressure, and with all the technology on vehicles today, my salesmen (Kurt), was able to answer all my questions and teach me how to use all the features. I was in Sturgeon Bay for a training at the Justice Center and on my way, my low tire pressure light came on. After talking to my husband, he suggested I stop at a Ford dealership and have my tires checker. I stopped at Patriot Ford and was helped by Josh Lamer, Service Writer. He immediately pulled my car in and checked my tires. He was very professional and helpful! I thanked him again and told him how appreciative I was for him to help me out. Way to go Josh! I'm very impressed!

Purchased a 2021 Ranger there with 87,000 miles on it. On the seventh day the check engine lite comes on, after further investigation the check engine lite was reset twice before I purchased it but they they said they have no way of knowing that. I guess there Temu scanner didn't detect that. Dealership rating would be zero and would not buy another vehicle from them if they where the car dealership on earth.

Joe Witt and his buddy Bryan Compe are thieves and liars! Don’t buy from them. I bought a used truck from them and had problems with the truck less then 24 hrs after purchase. After further inspection I found that the nut for the upper ball joint was missing. I called them and they were not willing to help. I had to get vehicle tow set up. Once I arrived at the dealership I asked for a refund considering they sold me a vehicle they said was safe and inspected. They sell junk and have no integrity. Avoid them at all costs if u value your hard earned money!

I had engine trouble while in Door County and a local garage recommended that I call Witt to repair it as it was a certified Ford dealer and service center. The work was done quickly and they even repaired a hose that had a crack, other than the original problem. The repairs cost more than originally told they would be but I had to get back down to my home.I questioned them about the repairs as I had been told by the local garage that it would require more than what the service center said it needed and was assured that they saw this problem many times in my type of Ford and it would be fine. There was a 12 mo/12,000 mile warranty that they now refuse to honor and it has only been 10 weeks and 4200 miles! I have been told by my certified mechanic near my home that now my vehicle will need a head replaced or a used engine put into my truck because the repair done by Witt Service Center was wrong and the threads are stripped and the spark plug hole is now oval. I am without a vehicle, I cannot afford another costly repair and Witt Service Center is saying oh well. Tough Luck! I feel I was over charged for the repair, the repair was done poorly and incorrectly and I was lied to. In 40+ years of owning vehicles and having them repaired, this is the very worst service I have ever encountered and I will not ever take my vehicle to this dealership again!

I was in the market for a vehicle and had 70K to spend - I was trying to decide between a Lincoln Aviator, a Lexus, a Genesis or a Infiniti, I got to the Lincoln dealership and was greeted by Steven Jacobsen. I wanted to drive an Aviator and informed Steven that I was looking to buy a car that day and the vehicles I was deciding between. He was very professional and spent time with me in the car explaining all the features. He did not bad mouth the other vehicle types or high pressure me to stay and complete the sale on the Lincoln with him, when he knew I was for sure selecting a vehicle that day. He had such a nice calming personality and I felt at ease and respected through the entire process. I ended up selecting the Lincoln, not only because of the vehicle benefits but also because of the salesman. People buy from people they trust.
