New vehicle purchase - painted

We've just bought a new vehicle from the Dave Wright dealership in Marshalltown and it went so smoothly. Our sales person was so helpful, kind, and considerate. And there was no pressure whatsoever - which we really appreciate. Due to such a positive experience, we will definitely return in the future.

Great Experience! - Tim M.

Great Experience! Where do I begin. Decided to go look at a Colorado on a Friday after work. It was an hour and a half drive. I called the dealer to talk with Dylan (salesman) and verify the vehicle was still available. That is when I found out Dylan was off that day and the dealer closes at 6:00 on Friday's. Instead of telling us to wait and come on Saturday, Kimberly, the sales manager, said she would come back in to meet with us. Shortly before we were ready to leave for the dealership, Dylan called and said he too would be coming to the dealership to meet us. I later found out that he just didn't just have the day off, he had just returned home from being out of town. What impressed us was we have never talked with Dylan or Kimberly prior to the initial call and they were both willing to come in after hours to meet with us. After the test drive we sat down and actually had a conversation where we agreed on a sale price that I felt was more than fair. No gimmicks and no games. I cannot say enough about our experience. I did my research on this dealer after finding the vehicle I was interested in and I'm glad I did. Great group of people to work with. Tim and Ronda

I had a bad experience at a different dealership that I - Laura

I had a bad experience at a different dealership that I had dealt with for about 4 days. I texted Jon asking if they had any Camaros in stock, they did not but he went above and beyond to help me find one. Less than 24 hours of dealing with Jon I had more communication and information than I did all together from the other dealership. He found me my new car, worked with me every step of the way, and went above and beyond for me! 10/10 recommend Jon for any of your car needs!!
