Can’t say enough about the quality and selection of vehicles they offer. All top notch. It is a family owned and run business where they honestly treat you like family. The same person that shows you a vehicle is the same person that walks you through the entire process. No haggling games where they have to ask the manager or having you go to a different office and see the finance person. Trading in your vehicle is also a breeze. We drove over 2 hours to see their inventory and we’re not disappointed. It was worth it. Over the years we have purchased many vehicles at many different dealerships, but this was the Best car buying experience we have ever had!!

I was working with another BMW Dealership however I could not get the Sales Rep to return my calls or give me any accurate information about the new X3. So I called BMW of Des Moines and Tyler took my call. He was very friendly and genuinely interested in helping me along my car buying journey. He took the time to educate me on matters that I was concerned with, he listened to me and showed a great deal of professionalism. I was so impressed by Tyler that I did end up ordering the new X3 M50 and I love it! Tyler also spent time with me after I took delivery of my new car and showed me how to work everything in the vehicle. The whole process from start to finish was a great experience and Skyler the Business Manager was great to work with and made the financing and paper work really simple and easy. A change in jobs led me to trade in my 2015 Silverado 2500 HD for a more fuel efficient truck. I searched and found one on an Enterprise lot in Kansas. I filled out a little online form indicating my interest in a particular truck. Within 20 minutes Josue Hernandez called me. I drove to the Enterprise lot in Urbandale so they could look at the truck I was trading in. I told Josue and Edin Suljic (finance manager) what I wanted and less than 90 minutes after filling out the online form I signed papers for the new vehicle. Josue secured the truck in Kansas and arranged to have it transported to his dealership. He kept me updated daily and on Thursday just after lunch he called to tell me that my new truck had arrived and was waiting for me. I cleaned out my truck and headed to the dealership. So, four days after clicking on something online for a truck in Kansas, I was driving the new truck. Josue was amazing!
