After arriving late in the day to check out a pre-owned vehicle listed for sale by Shaheen Cadillac, I was referred to Used Vehicle Sales at Shaheen Chevrolet where I met Erick. Erick welcomed my inquiry on the Chevrolet Volt and promptly worked on getting me into the Shaheen Cadillac dealership’s used Volt for a test drive. Erick was a pleasure to talk with in discussing everything and facilitated answers to all my concerns. He had the vehicle detailed and fully prepared for pick-up the next day. I was hesitant on leasing and I always purchasew my cars. scott was very patient with me while I test drove multiple vehicles and he went over my payment options which I liked. where my faith was restored in dealerships was when I sat down with the finance director julia, she took her time answering all of my many questions with a smile and really made me feel comfprtable with my new lease. i knew what to expect at the end and she went over options that i didnt even know were available for a lease. she explained everything with great detail, even I understood what was going on. i really recommend vic canver in fenton. ask for julia and scott!
