She really did went above & beyond traditional customer service and helped immensely on convincing my wife that her car was the right decision We arrived to only test drive an Envista, which my wife shared with a very low voice and somehow not convinced it felt rather not what she was looking for. This is where Hancess awesome customer service and attention to detail came into play! Just before we jumped over the car to test drive it she immediately brought an Encore and gave us the keys to test drive it after the first one; only because of this we made the buy. In other places they limited to only show what we were asking for and did not looked "above customer expectations" With that said I am a very happy buyer and my wife is really enjoying a very nice car.

We highly recommend Champion in Brighton for their outstanding customer service. From the time we entered the door, being greeted by the staff to the time we spoke with both the new vehicle and used salesperson, we were treated with respect with a no pressure approach. Our questions were answered thoroughly and professionally. Before we went to Champion, we went to four other dealerships and none of them came close to the experience we had at Champion. In addition, we were open to several different SUV brands like Honda, Toyota etc in addition to the Buick brand. The exceptional customer care we experienced at Champion sold us on the Buick Envision. Even after the sale, the salesperson remained available to answer our questions. I highly recommend the dealership which has trained their staff on the merits of customer service.

The grounds and facilities are pretty clean aside from the bathroom… I had already done three weeks of research on my next vehicle, and I on my last test drive tour. GMC and Chevy were my final 2. I was looking to purchase a vehicle when I arrived, I walked around the showroom, then outside to view your lot, then the showroom again and I almost left because no one greeted me inside, and no one came outside to see if I needed any help. I was walking back to my car to go visit another lot then Del Hogan intercepted me and asked if needed anything. He was already busy helping another person and there were 2 available salespersons sitting in the showroom who said nothing. So when he stopped me I immediately said he would get my business. I was between the Yukon/Tahoe or Silverado/Sierra. Thanks to people like Del, you got the sale, he was busy, but not busy enough to greet and assist, I came back to purchase because of Del, the customer experience is the most important part about purchasing your vehicle. I left 2 other dealerships who ignored me inside and outside of there facilities even though they both had vehicles I WANTED to purchase. You should give Del a raise and a bonus for his customer service and support, he was great, straight forward and humble. Big thanks to Michelle Cafeo as well, she was great sharing and explaining the options available during the financial and add-on services portion of the buying process. I appreciate you two!!!
