On February 16, 2026 Purchased a new Ford Explorer from Rex Allaman. As I am a difficult buyer it took a few a tries for us to put pen and paper on this particular vehicle. He enrolled two other gentleman (finance) and they were outstanding. We ran a few scenarios and then a couple more without one drop of drama X maybe me. (A little). There was much dialogue and the tech they had was pretty incredible. Hard questions quick and easy answers. I sincerely appreciate the patience and professionalism from the entire crew. I was surprised and a bit delighted that I actually bought an SUV, only took about 6 years. Thanks again!

Our truck blew a high pressure radiator hose a thousand miles from home and after calling around, these guys were the only ones that said they could get it fixed that day or possibly the next. When we got there, not only did they have both parts that we needed in stock but the tech was very very nice and had us back on the road in about an hour. Everyone we spoke to was very kind. They could have easily told us that they were so backed up with other repairs like the other dealerships, but they didn't and for that we are forever thankful.
