It was impressive from the beginning from getting to know the history of the dealerships to actually meeting and chatting with the President of the dealership Ms. Janelle Ross. The salesperson Bill was very personable and didn't mind me asking questions about the car. He wasn't too pushy and was so down to earth. They were very accommodating once I made my purchase helping to make sure I was able to get my vehicle once I purchased it. Ian was great. Will did a nice job explaining some of the paperwork. It was well worth the trip from Cincinnati to Centerville. They are highly. recommended if you're looking for a vehicle. Bob Ross Buick GMC is great!

Wasn’t crazy about speaking to someone not even at dealership. Was expecting to meet with person I was talking to. When arrived at dealership a unknown person stepped in. Felt like I was being bate and switched and someone else would get the sales commission and not the person I had been talking to. So my salesperson and me got off to a distrusting and rocky start. He was able to overcome my distrust and sale went smoothly. Thanks
