There were several seat stains and a seat belt that I specifically asked to be cleaned, but when I picked it up, it didn't look any better (I'm not sure if they tried). When I complained the service tech said he would talk with his manager and get back to me. That never happened even after several follow ups with my sales rep, Ricardo Rutledge. It's been a few weeks now, and I still haven't heard back from anyone.
