Outstanding! I had a great sales rep Tom Spears, and the owner Janelle Ross took time out of her day to talk with me -not once but twice - thanking me for choosin I had a great sales rep Tom Spears, and the owner Janelle Ross took time out of her day to talk with me -not once but twice - thanking me for choosing Bob Ross for my new vehicle. It was my first time with Buick. I have always gone with foreign cars such as Honda, Nissan, Subaru, and Volkswagen. This experience was far more pleasant and I love the car. I leased an Encore, their subcompact SUV and it drives beautifully and is perfect for my needs at this time in my life. Thank you Janelle and Tom for making this easy for me! More
