Wasn’t crazy about speaking to someone not even at dealership. Was expecting to meet with person I was talking to. When arrived at dealership a unknown person stepped in. Felt like I was being bate and switched and someone else would get the sales commission and not the person I had been talking to. So my salesperson and me got off to a distrusting and rocky start. He was able to overcome my distrust and sale went smoothly. Thanks

Was not really looking to go into Dayton to purchase a new truck, but after texting Reichard Buick / GMC I knew it was where I would end up. The response was quick, the ability to work out the specifics via text was a first for me. They answered my questions and gave me an idea what my trade was valued at. When I went in Wade was the same guy I was dealing with. Rhett verified quickly that the trade in value given was honored. Casey made the finance process seamless. Truly glad I landed here, it was a breeze working out the deal that I felt comfortable with.
