We leased a new Equinox yesterday. Tom Craig was our consultant. We are seniors and have cell phones but we don't live by them like most everybody of today. I only even have mine on when away from the house, Tom did EVERYTHING for us! He took my phone for awhile and when he came back the new car was all hooked up and connected to whatever needed connecting. And he just kept smiling and assuring us that it was no problem. He was just delightful. This is our second vehicle from Lavery. The folks are all nice, informed, and fun to work with. Now all we have to do is spend some time screen surfing and getting acclimatized to everything! It'll take a beat but we'll get there! I'm sure we took up way too much of his time with our lack of computer skills, but Tom thought nothing of it.

I love 2 hours from this dealership, so we did the bulk of the deal on the phone. When we arrived, they had everything ready and waiting. We were at the dealership for under an hour, had everything signed and out the door! We had an unexpected issue with the car, and Serra went above and beyond to correct the issue. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a great deal, excellent service team, and easy closing!

This rating isn’t necessarily for the dealership as it is for service adviser Jason, Jason was super nice, he listened to what concerns I was having with my vehicle and repeated it back, he notified me that there was a recall on my vehicle and ask if i wanted to take care of it that day, he explained everything that was gonna happen and it happened just as he explained it. There wasn't any false promises, he was straight up and very professional. My car was done much sooner than I expected it to be done, I dont know if Jason had anything to do with that but it sure made him look good. Thanks Jason, I appreciate you.

Zane was my salesman and dang, he's good.. Accommodated everything I needed and made my job in looking for a vehicle very easy and actually had concern and care for the customer! Most importantly this dealership is ran by the upmost respectful and honest crew the truly cares to satisfy the customers and help out in anyway possible! I purchased a vehicle AS IS and had a major issue a couple thousand miles in and the dealership could've turned me away due to the AS IS warranty but instead choose to help me out and by me out and put me into a better situation and that being said..
