We leased a new Equinox yesterday. Tom Craig was our consultant. We are seniors and have cell phones but we don't live by them like most everybody of today. I only even have mine on when away from the house, Tom did EVERYTHING for us! He took my phone for awhile and when he came back the new car was all hooked up and connected to whatever needed connecting. And he just kept smiling and assuring us that it was no problem. He was just delightful. This is our second vehicle from Lavery. The folks are all nice, informed, and fun to work with. Now all we have to do is spend some time screen surfing and getting acclimatized to everything! It'll take a beat but we'll get there! I'm sure we took up way too much of his time with our lack of computer skills, but Tom thought nothing of it.

We were at the dealership for under an hour, had everything signed and out the door! We had an unexpected issue with the car, and Serra went above and beyond to correct the issue. October 2023-Derek Stevens sold me my 2024 chevy silverado. He was straight forward/honest, did not push but did everything he said he would do. Derek earned a 5 out of 5. I will purchase my next chevy from him as well.

I was charged $370.00 for front brake pads and resurfacing rotors, not new rotors just resurfacing. I asked the technician to explain my bill and all he could say was, 'the brakes were $64(or something close to that) and the other number is for the work we did'?! I asked for an itemized receipt and he would not get me anything other than the receipt that he had given me. I've called around and this is easily $100 more than anyone else in town. One of the sales guys at the dealership even said that seems a little high, ask if they may have made a mistake. I will not be returning to this dealership for service work and will definitely share this experience on social media sites. Almost $400.00 for front brake pads is absurd.
