We purchased a new Subaru Outback from Adam Yingling in November 2025. We saw him again at the Erie Car Show. We were interested in the Subaru Forester that you had on display. We worked with Adam again to make a deal. Adam was truly a professional. We communicated back and forth and were able to meet with him on Friday to finalize the agreement. We came in on Saturday to do the paperwork and picked up the car on Monday after they received it back from the car show. Adam is easy to work with, polite, accommodating to our needs (since we live two hours away) and a great salesman. We would definitely recommend New Motors and Adam to any of our friends.

If I could leave no stars I would. My mom retired at the start of the year and is now on a fixed income. She bought a 2018 Subaru Forester late 11/2024. The first week the battery was dead and other minor issues started cropping up. I regret that she did not inquire on voiding the sale at that point. Within 6 months the check engine light, A/T oil temp light etc. came on. She is being told she will need a new transmission for $6000-$7000. Her mechanic has been in touch with the dealership and Subaru discussing any assistance/recourse given the extreme and immediate issues she has had to no avail. Only 5500 miles has been driven since purchase. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. If you do you might as well add 6-7K to your budget a buy a new or at least newer car from a respectable and accountable location. Or just make sure you won't have to actually drive the car you are buying.

Looking for a used car, I went to a lot of dealerships and dealt with a lot of salespeople. The service at Kerven Subaru really stood out against the rest. It was luck that they had the perfect car for me, but I walked away from a quite a few other cars that could have been perfect as well over service. Kerven Subaru got me the best deal and did all that they could to make the sale go as smoothly and as quickly as possible. The customer service was wonderful and i'll absolutely be sure to go back.
