I was on your area picking an auction car and taking it back to Columbus. It had a flat tire. All they would do was to air it up. I had no spare,no lug wrench and no jack. All I asked them to do was to check it to see if it needed replaced or patched. They told me it several days before they could help me. Your service writer got me in right away and patched the tire. I have never had a more positive experience buying a car! Jack Forsythe was absolutely incredible to work with. He connected with me through an initial phone call after I put in an inquiry and a finance application. On the call he found out what I had to put down, if I had a trade in, and what I was looking to keep payments at. After that, he handled everything else though text, which is ideal for me! He sent over my approval for the car I originally inquired about. Then as he was arranging transport from another store, he found out the car had just been sold. He was very encouraging and helped me find another car. I found another one that was more expensive, but he was able to get me approved, and even worked with me to get it into my price range without extending the life of the loan. Once I had approval, we arranged a test drive. Due to the timing, my husband was unable to come with me, and I had to take our two kids with me. As a woman, it can be very intimidating walking into a dealership by yourself, especially with kids in tow. Jack was incredibly accommodating and kind. From the moment I walked in and met Jack to the moment I walked out with my keys, I felt at ease. I HIGHLY recommend connecting with Jack and getting the car you need! He is incredible to work with.

STAY FAR AWAY!!! The only thing worse then their sales staff, is the service department!!! They will be nice when you are buying from them, but if you have a problem, forget it!! Their service department continually missed diagnosed, an engine coolant intrusion into the cylinders for about 6 to 8 months, which is a common problem on Ecoboost engines. WAKE UP LIBERTY!! They are only interested in selling you a car, NOTHING ELSE!! I'm sure they would have been perfectly fine misleading me, until my warranty was up, and I would have to pay out of pocket. The salesman I bought the car from was only interested in selling me something else, and didn't care about the 40k problem he already sold me. I'm so glad I decided to go somewhere else. DEFINITELY WILL NOT RETURN TO LIBERTY!!
