I give this dealership a 100/10 for customer service and satisfaction. I didn’t even buy my most recent vehicle from here, but they still didn’t disappoint. Taylor in the service department didn’t waste any time helping get my jeep wrangler in as soon as possible. He even went above and beyond to get things situated with my warranty coverage. He kept me posted along the way and the service technician that worked on my car even sent me a video introducing himself and going into detail about the issue with my jeep. I never had to call around once to find out when it would be ready. No matter what dealership you buy your car from, if you need repairs, I would strongly recommend Fred Martin Jeep Dodge and Ram. Their professionalism and sense of urgency is phenomenal. I only wish I had brought my Jeep from Fred Martin instead. Thank you so much Taylor and the master service technician Josh for making things easier, and making my jeep run like it should now.

Initially came in with a service problem and left with my dream jeep!! Dealership was very emphatic to my situation ( warranty was expired in February). Went out of their way to get me a great interest rate and a great deal on my new jeep that was in my budget. The team stayed late on a Friday night and wasn’t at all put out, instead made me feel like taking care of me and the offer was their priority and pleasure. The team was kind, compassionate and you can tell a great place to work!!! Can’t wait to get services in the future to see some familiar faces that made me feel like family. From the service department (Shane Pabon) to the dealership ( Brittney Davidson) I can’t tell you the last time I felt customer service at their best!!! Without providing a detail, final purchase price was $850 higher than what was advertised online and whag was discussed in person. When I approached them about it, the phones were conveniently not working, the used car sales manager was not available nor was the finance manager. Asking to talk with them in person, they weren't available that way either. I was looking to buy another car after the new year...it won't be with Serpentini. Do not buy from Serpentini. Shady salesman and a shady finance guy too.
