The entire process was smooth and quick, and most importantly, I never once felt pressured or taken advantage of. He took his time explaining everything in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable and confident with my purchase. He even went the extra mile by showing me how to operate all the features in my new vehicle and followed up with me after my purchase to make sure everything was going well. His customer service was truly exceptional!
