I was able to put my worries aside, Mahogany walked me through each step of the process and kept me up to date on how things were going with my vehicle. Because of Mahogany I would highly recommend Germain Toyota in Columbus.

My salesman was very respectful of me and I appreciate it. There were no forceful sales tactics or tricks. He let me do a test drive by myself and that's a huge plus. The sales manager gave me an unexpected gift and a compliment on my appearance and that was very much appreciated.

Bryan Clay was wonderful and very helpful. I am disappointed with Toyota themselves though. My 2020 highlander has a roof leak and they're saying it's not under warranty so it's not their problem basically. This is a known issue that a recall was made for the rav4s of the same year. They had to have updated clips. This is the same problem with my car and I feel that this shouldn't be up to me to get fixed. I called Toyota customer service twice and they were of no help. I have always loved Toyotas and always owned them but I am incredibly disappointed with this situation. My car is supposed to be my forever car. But now it needs a $1450 repair that is happening because of manufacturing and nothing to do with me. I only wash my car every month or 2.

Best price on a new Sienna Platinum literally in the entire country! Most dealers were selling at MSRP and many were adding a markup due to their popularity and scarcity. They had one priced basically at the MSRP of the next lowest trim (Limited). After talking to the sales person (Raislin) and being assured there was no back story I drove 100 miles to purchase the car still somewhat leery and ready to walk away if this was a "bait and switch". It wasn't and there was no attempt to upsell me other than the usual extended warranty and protection packages. Once I declined there was no pressure. I usually zip my pockets and check to be sure I still have my watch after visiting the "finance person". You don't have to worry here, Kisha was did her job but I felt no pressure to buy. The car was as advertised, no surprises, prepped perfectly and a joy to drive. All dealers should take a lesson from McDaniel.

Hats off to Austin for making the process quick and easy. We were able to do most of it over the phone. Only spent about an hour at the dealership finalizing paperwork, learning about the vehicle, and having Austin pair the phone.

No response from the dealership on any of these negative reviews. Just like they won't answer any of my 5 or 6 emails. They lost a customer over a $200.00 deposit!!

The dealership is very much out of the way for me, but the customer service is better, more organized, better communication, better reliability, the car selection is bigger, all in all, more professional than Tansky or Germain the two I usually frequent. Things went smooth and as expected, no complaints other than that they did not sanitize the car before giving it to me, there were still gummy bears and plastic straw under the driver seat.
