WATCH OUT. - 2021 Toyota Corolla

WATCH OUT. I just had an oil change and a tire rotation. I have been suspicious on the tire rotation for a while, so I took a picture of one tire and marked it. They did not rotate my tires. I went back and complained and showed them the pictures and got a refund. I bought the car there and was using them for service. I will never go back to this dealership again for service or to buy a car. Why the 5 Star rating. If you don't do that the review won't be posted.

I found Craig’s because a new Tacoma deal at another dealership fell through (they sold it the evening before I was supposed buy it). Craig’s had the same Tacoma so I went to them. I am so glad I found Craig’s, everyone I came in contact with were straight shooters Rodney Tarter, Tim Breston and Andy Craig. I have never had such a straight forward with no hidden engenda’s easy sincere transaction with any other dealership. I enjoyed everyone I came in contact with. I work hard for my money and I want to like who I do business with. I’ll not be going to any other dealerships because I appreciate the no “xx” attitude and kindness I get from Craig’s. I can’t express how much I enjoyed buying doing business with Rodney Tarter, Tim Breston and Andy Craig. This is the way it should be. I feel very lucky I found Craig’s and am so glad I have found a dealership that I trust and want to do business with. Never liked any other dealership before I found Craig’s. Just wish I’d found them 18 years ago when I bought my first Tacoma. Bert Garriott happy customer.
