My salesperson, Devon, took the time to answer all of my questions about the new EV Silverado — from charging options and range, to the tech features and towing capacity. They made sure I felt confident and excited about my decision. The dealership staff went above and beyond to make the process smooth. The financing team was transparent and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The truck was ready for me exactly when promised, spotless, and fully charged for the drive home.

I can't say enough about the high quality of customer service we received recently when our vehicle had a major factory parts failure. The initial decision was that the parts failure was going to not be covered but the vehicle only had about35,000 miles on it. Needless to say we had serious concerns and told our service rep Jen about it. She took the time research our warranty and went out of her way to double check our warranty once again. The end result is that our warranty did actually cover the defective parts and we paid nothing for our repairs. In addition, when we picked up our van the service manager Russ came out to speak with me to ensure I was completely satisfied with my repair. Both did a lot to ensure we left completely satisfied and this was an AMAZING customer service experience! The level of care and concern was refreshing,.
