Daryl was very knowledgeable and kind when he took my call after service hours to troubleshoot the reason why my Rogue would not start. His assessment was accurate and he went above and beyond to get me the information I needed to purchase the correct battery for the make/model of my vehicle. He even followed up with a call to make sure that everything went well with my battery purchase and install. He is the epitome of someone who loves his job and cares for his customers.
