BUYER BEEARE. This was the most unprofessional, disgusting, and disrespectful experience I have ever had. Starting off they were asking full retail price for a vehicle with damage down the entire passenger side that they shrugged off as "they couldn't see it" even when provided with a full, professional repair estimate. Laughed in my face when I told them I wanted the repair cost taken off the truck, and then slandered a well regarded local body shop as trying to scam me, even though I know that the estimate was truthful, because I do collision repair as my job and have done so for years. Even though the final offer was decently fair, me and my wife walked out due to the utter lack of professionalism and respect given to us by both the salesman who laughed in our face and the sales manager who refused to respond to my initial offer.

Up sells are a rip off. No newer car needs throttle body cleaning. 78 dollars for a incabin air filter... Worn brake pad with rotos...Check break pads myself and they are fine and roto should be fine e for life of vehicle with proper brake pads.. Spouse gave a coupon for 20 percent off new battery, coupon not honered...I am done with Nissan...
