I have been going to Allen Turner Nissan in Auburn for some months for service although I live almost an hour away. I felt valued and listened to by service team from the call to book. The sales persons, Kevin and John I met when I was there for service and saw some nice cars on the used side. They were very friendly, open to answering questions, not that pushy, make you retreat feel. Though I didn't get anything that day, I would check in and so did Kevin with me periodically if he thought there was something I might like. SALES SERVICE. When I was there again I always checked in, conversated with them both. This last visit they found something that worked for me. The sales process was friendly, Kevin wasn't there but they said though Kevin wasn't there he would be included. I loved that. Bill became my sales person for the day and he was equally as friendly and helpful. The purchase experience was none less than I expected. All the people were great ( salesmen, finance manager, sales manager). 👏🏾 👏🏾 my recommendation will be given for people to try here. THANK YOU TEAM!!! More
