I have been going to this dealership for years! - Victoria S.

I have been going to this dealership for years! I take my challenger, that I also bought from Chrysler, for any needs and the service techs always solve it and the sales people always make sure I don’t want to trade in or anything! It’s a great environment and they’re always on top to tell you updates and length of times for waiting so you’re comfortable either in the waiting area or your home. I was there last week and waited an hour or 2 and the staff was so great with my 1-year old and making me feel welcomed plus my car was fixed up perfectly. I’ve seen personally, service techs come and get the guests to update them on their vehicle so they know what’s going on each step of the way on every service. I was also shown this app to help pay what I owed in monthly installments and in today’s economy that is a lifesaver. You and your vehicle should want to be cared for properly by real everyday people and with that being said I recommend this shop/dealership all day long! :)

From my first phone call to having car delivered to my - Calvin Mojak

From my first phone call to having car delivered to my door. I found this the easiest experience in purchasing a car in my life. My sales person, reception, vehicle check in person, detailers were all friendly, no pressure, experienced and knowledgeable. I feel the only slight drawback was I had to call to check on status of timelines on delivery and financing paperwork being completed. It would have been better if I received a text or phone call keeping me up to date. I was given a ball park idea but a more precise time line would have allowed me to plan my days ahead. This was a minor issue. I would buy my vehicle and highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

This young lady is about selling vehicles. - ChandraJ

This young lady is about selling vehicles. Absolutely the BEST Professional Sales I've ever dealt with, when trying to purchase a vehicle. She put my Daughter in a car first and I reached out to her, sent her a photo of the car that I liked and It's in my yard!! I wish I knew of her several years ago. For years, I tried getting help from other dealers and being turned down for whatever reason they could come up with, to not sell me a vehicle. Thank You Josette for going ABOVE and BEYOND to get me in a ride. Bless You. From Chandra

BUYER BEEARE. - Devinrwalker1999

BUYER BEEARE. This was the most unprofessional, disgusting, and disrespectful experience I have ever had. Starting off they were asking full retail price for a vehicle with damage down the entire passenger side that they shrugged off as "they couldn't see it" even when provided with a full, professional repair estimate. Laughed in my face when I told them I wanted the repair cost taken off the truck, and then slandered a well regarded local body shop as trying to scam me, even though I know that the estimate was truthful, because I do collision repair as my job and have done so for years. Even though the final offer was decently fair, me and my wife walked out due to the utter lack of professionalism and respect given to us by both the salesman who laughed in our face and the sales manager who refused to respond to my initial offer.
