Every step in the trade in and lease process was explained and seamless to move from negotiating to financing to wrap-up and send me home in a sapphire blue pearl 2025 Crosstrek Limited. Leaving aside the unpleasantness I had the first few days, I want to thank Franchesca for helping me make my experience as a customer pleasant and thus leaving me satisfied as a Chevrolet customer. He was very patient with all my questions. He was so knowledgeable about Volvos. As he talked my excitement grew about Volvo. I put money down and was out the door. They called when my car came in and I was thrilled with the look of my car. This dealership is a 45 minute drive for me, however; it was so worth it! I consider them all dear friends. We bought my wife a Two year old Chevy Silverado 2500 HD diesel for $50,000 we told them when we bought it that the air conditioning wasn’t working correctly they told me it was in my head that I should push the recirculation button on the dash which of course was a lie. I have since sent two letters to them they ignored both letters today I spent $1500 to get the air conditioning fixed on the truck, stay as far away from these crooked liars as possible.
