We are residents of Florida and it was time for a new Q5 so we went to Audi Sarasota and asked for Tom based on reviews. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, took the time to explain features to us, pointed more out on the test drive. I've had 2 previous Q5s that were purchased in Raleigh and had developed a nice repoire there so starting over at a new dealership with a purchase was something I wasn't looking forward to. However, Tom made the transition easy. No pressure, no hounding us to make a decision...just straightforward answers and information and when we were ready, he found the car that I wanted, had it moved to this dealership and ensured it was prepped and ready when we picked up the new car. He then spent quite a bit of time going over the features again and repeatedly told us to call him anytime with any questions. He wanted us happy with our new vehicle and cared about our experience. Would 100% buy another car from Tom Clancy!

I'll start by saying kuddos to Brian (sales)! I ordinarily dread even stepping into a dealership and I was not looking forward to this time either. From the first interaction with my husband the day before, online, to the final handshake (and photo w/bow) Brian made our experience as pleasant and smooth as one could hope for. He was friendly, thorough, extremely knowledgeable and most importantly patient with both me and my husband. Brian is not your 'typical' salesperson. We never felt pressured during any aspect of our visit. We actually thought we were going to purchase a new vehicle and ended up with a preowned that met all our needs and saved us considerably. Brian and the rest of the staff including finance and management renewed our faith in this process! We are not only very happy with our new car but the experience as well. I’ve been bringing my cars to this dealership for over 20 years. I’m much closer to the Bradenton dealership but choose to travel the extra distance because of the service I receive. I know each of my cars have been in the best of hands with every service advisor. I believe the service advisors are honest, professional, knowledgeable, and will go above and beyond to provide the best service possible. Joe is one of those advisors. He took care of my car and did his very best to keep me updated on the situation with my vehicle. He’s certainly a great asset to the dealership and I’m happy to say I am pleased with the service I received from him. Thank you Joe for everything you did to provide outstanding service for my car.

He was extremely friendly, listened to my concerns, and gave some real thought and attention to figuring out a creative solution. I cannot say enough good things about the treatment and respect I received from him. It is obvious why he is the service manager and he is the major reason why I will continue to e a ,loyal Toyota customer.

I saw a beautiful blue Vette on FB Marketplace. After three failed deals I attempted with a big Chevy dealer near by, I wasn't sure how this purchase would go. I'm from Louisville, KY. I was only going to be in town a couple days and the plan was to buy Monday and drive home Weds. I reached out to Dan Jr. He answered all my questions, understood my needs, and assured me that if he said the Vette was held for me, THE VETTE WAS HELD FOR ME. I beat on him about price, accessories, condition, tire tread depth, and more. Every detail was a big deal and he took the "punches" well. The price was great and the Vette appeared to be exactly what I was looking for. I got to Orlando, rented a car from Avis and headed to Sarasota. Dan met me at the door with a huge smile, a big personality, and a firm handshake. The Vette was parked right in the front ready to deliver. Clean, waxed, every fluid topped off, and great tires. Dan Jr. was a man of his word. We toured the car, took her for a loop, and shook hands on a deal. I told him I needed to walk next door to return the rental while he filled the tank and compiled the paperwork. At the Avis location, I mentioned why I had take a one day one way rental. The lady at the counter said, "The guys at Hawley are WONDERFUL! They have been there for 45 years. They focus mainly on Corvettes and they always have really nice cars. They have a great name in the community. You picked a good dealer. It will be a good car." When I got back, Dan Jr. rode with me to Chase Bank to get my check so that I wouldn't have any trouble finding the bank. I honestly can't say enough good things about the purchasing experience. 100% satisfied. I would absolutely trust them again. I wouldn't hesitate to send them my family or friends. The trip home was about 13 hours through FL, GA, TN, a quick stop at the motherland (Bowling Green Corvette Museum), and into Louisville. Flawless. Every mile was flawless. Most comfortable sports car I've ever spent 13 hours in. Dan Jr. needed me to complete a form that couldn't be done at the dealership so he overnighted what I needed and it was here just after 9am the morning after I got home. She's tagged and mine now! No Dan Jr., you can't have her back lol. GREAT CARS, SOLID PRICES, FANTASTIC PEOPLE, AMAZING EXPERINCE! I'd give them 10 stars if Google would let me.

Spoke to Christian Bustamante. I was told the dealer will not honor the advertised price. Complaint made with CarGurus which stated the dealer provides the advertisement price to CarGurus.

I found the vehicle I wanted on line and set up a test drive with Harold two days later. The car was ready to go when I arrived. It turned out the car didn't exactly fit my expectations. There was no pressure to buy it and Harold showed me other possibilities. I did test drive another, but decided I would keep looking. There was no attempt to dissuade me and I left feeling pleasantly surprised. I would certainly go to Gulf Coast again if I was in the market for one of their vehicles.

Do not buy a car from here! Purchased my Ford Edge 2020 with 34,000 miles back on March 18, 2024. Car completely died on May 18, 2024. Had the car towed to local Ford dealer. As of Aug 13, 2024 car remains at dealer with no indication of why the vehicle can’t be fixed. When calling the original dealer (back in May) being told that Kevin who sold me the car no longer works there and there is nothing they could do for me! They sold me a bad car and are doing NOTHING to help me. This place is a scam!

I purchased a Mercedes-Benz a 2003 C240 from Daniel who apparently coded the car because I wasn't 3 mi from there and it come up with 3 malfunction upon taking it to a Mercedes-Benz auto mechanic whom then proceeded to tell me that it was going to take $2,200 to put the car in good working order Along with having to put new tires 600.00 and a new headliner 450.00. Of which I did not mind the tires and headliner. However it needed a great deal more than those 2 items. The control arms were shot, it needed valve cover gaskets , alignment, along with many other things. After I paid Daniel top dollar for the car and now I can't seem to get a hold of anyone in reference to my title transfer and my sticker for my tag that I was charged $220 for so as far as I'm concerned that dealership is nothing but a xxxx rip off he knew he coded that car before I got there so when I drove it it didn't show any codes at all and then all of a sudden three malfunctions pop up so yeah as far as I'm concerned they're xxxx rip off and I sure would like to get my sticker for my tag and my title where the xxxx are they at I purchased the car a month and a half or two months ago and haven't seen anything so apparently they just pocketed that money as well. So if the owner reads this please let me know that I have not gotten my sticker for my tag and my title. I guess its time to report them to DMV, along with contacting my attorney. They are a xxxx poor company to do business with.
