I would strongly caution anyone purchasing a vehicle online through here. Once our payment was sent, the "customer service" was over with. We had a couple small issues when our vehicle was delivered and when they do respond it takes several days, and they oftentimes don't respond at all. Some of the responses have been very dismissive and flippant, just blowing us off instead of trying to help us. In the video they sent us of our vehicle they showed a set of floor mats stacked up in the cargo area. Even mentioned "here's your floor mats" in the video. The problem is, the floor mats say Passat on them and we bought a Traverse. They are for a different vehicle. That side was of course facing down in the video so we couldn't see that. Our salesman said "they're being ordered today" but it's been a couple months now. We never received them and they're not even replying to our messages anymore. Another issue, they only sent one of the key fobs. When asked about this I got the "well, it was only traded in with one fob" nonsense. I just read an article about dealerships keeping the 2nd fob to force you to purchase one, sometimes adding up to $1000 to your purchase price. If you don't think this happens, look on marketplace for key fobs. You'll see sellers with dozens of them for sale. They purchase the ones the dealerships don't give you. I did reach out to them once again before leaving this review but again, no response.
