Rarely after purchasing a car from a dealership do you feel like you got a really fair deal. But this is exactly how I felt after purchasing my new BMW from Braman BMW in Jupiter. My future son-in-law had recently purchased a car at Braman, and had told me everyone there seemed really upfront and he felt like he got a really good deal. So, I called John Graner, who he had worked with to purchase his car, and I found John’s level of customer service to be off the charts (which for me is the most important aspect of any purchase I make). He didn’t try to force me into any sale, took the time to answer every single one of my many questions, and came up with multiple options that made sense for me. And let me add, even after the sale was made, weeks later, he still picks up the phone or answers my texts immediately to answer any questions I have. That is what I call top shelf Customer Service. And that is why I absolutely recommend Brannan BMW, and John Graner to my family, friends, and everyone.

I have purchased three Bentleys and one Rolls Royce from Ishmail and he is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and fair in the negotiations.

Wonderful experience from the minute I walked in. I never felt pressured like other dealerships. I went to Toyota and felt turned off from the very minute when I was looking at RAV 4's. The first time I went I went to thr garage and rest drove thr Honda CRV and knew I wanted to buy it. I thought about it for a while and then went back a 2nd time. Then I did some research and worked out the numbers. I discussed it with my partner and on my lunch break I went back and dealt with stephen who I felt comfortable with and I knew that was it. I wanted my partner to test drive it before making a final decision. He did. I went in to do the financing and picked up my car on a Monday. Since they did not have the color I wanted in the hybrid, I had to wait 2 weeks. I am happy with my decision.
