Our experience purchasing our 2026 Honda CR-V Sport Touring Hybrid was efficient, effective, and almost seamless from start to finish. A dealership only gets one chance to make an excellent first impression, and Delray Honda did just that.
We first found Delray Honda online, entered our information, and shortly thereafter received a phone call from Sales Associate De Jon Ellis. We made an appointment for the next morning and were greeted by De Jon as we walked in. He listened carefully to what we were looking for and provided an excellent tutorial and test drive of the CR-V we were interested in.
We then discussed the sale price and trade-in value. As Costco members, we qualified for a substantial discount. While we were reviewing those details, Internet Director Jason Hopkins evaluated our trade-in and provided a very fair appraisal for our car.
Once we agreed on terms, Finance Manager Tyler Archibald guided us efficiently and respectfully through the many details involved in completing the purchase—title transfer, registration, financing, insurance, and more. The entire process was handled smoothly and professionally.
We drove home in our new CR-V Hybrid the very same afternoon.
