Well, today my advisor was on the rude side! I came in because my car said it needed oil. They did that — plus more — without really explaining. At the end, I asked how much it was, and he said, “$200.” I asked, “For what?” and his response was, “For what you brought it in for.” I then said, “Please give me the receipt.” Nasty attitude! This is an expensive car! I can’t help but feel like his attitude toward me has changed because I’ve brought my car in six times for the same issue and had to get the lemon law involved. In the end, it turned out to be something minor they could’ve figured out earlier — and now I’m the one paying the price with rude treatment from their staff.
