Having been a customer of 25 years at a dealership in New Jersey and an experienced consumer of the Ford brand I was not disappointed. My wife and I received Red Carpet Treatment here upon my first visit there in an unfamiliar dealership which I was concerned about. My concerns went out of the window rapidly. My appointment was with John Nitti who was direct in saying he wanted to earn my business and he did just that. With the vast inventory present at this dealership, he was attentive to all of my concerns. His product knowledge, professionalism and patience were beyond my expectations. He fully explained the perks and benefits of being a customer with him and Yeoman Ford. Upon Identifying the vehicle I wanted the rest of my experience with him was handled with integrity, excellence, expedience and complete satisfaction. He introduced me the Sales Manager Colton who presented us with a deal that I could not resist and it was in our best interest to look no more. The entire deal was hassle free, and what I was accustomed to. John prioritized us in every way possible to get us into a new Explorer. The paper work, contract etc was a breeze as Zach prepared it all in just minutes. He answered all our questions without hesitation and was forthright and knowledgeable. We found him to be a valuable asset to us as well in this whole process. John Nitti never left our side as our vehicle was prepped, our orientation from him on our Explorer was complete as was all the needed credentials, tags and registration requirements. Great experience with everyone at the dealership. Ordered the 2025 Range Rover Autobiography, and it was delivered as promised and with red carpet treatment. I first tried to order the same SUV from other Land Rover dealerships in my area, but JLR Melbourne was very receptive, returned calls, and followed up with my during the whole process. I was treated indifferently by other Range Rover dealerships in the Orlando Area. Even though JLR Melbourne is an hour from where I live, they delivered!

I took my 2013 Dodge Journey(after getting diagnostic from another place), so grateful for getting a second opinion, Anthony was honest to tell me about the recall on my issue, saved me over a thousand.. I had other preventive maintenance done, unfortunately 2 days later, there was an overlooked gasket or something that made my car spew fuel, and I couldnt start my car, I called them about the issue. The manager was so kind to offer to pick up my car, and will look at the issue. Before the day is over, Richard called me and explained what happened and got it fix(no charge), and offered to deliver my car back to my house. This is the company I wished everyone have, honest, respectful and great service. BTW, they gave me ride when I drop my car the first time, and pick me up when my car was ready. Service Department got ALL 5 STAR from me. I'll be sure to use them from here on out. I might even buy my granddaughter car from them. GO GATOR.

sold me a 2017 Nissan Maxima for 16 thousand dollars drove it home with no ac they said they were not going to fix it after having it diagnosed.said car was financed already I owned the car. real bad dealership. took my story to pat Fisher Nissan they treated me like you would like to be treated got another vehicle no money down. considering I worked for the dealership for 8.5 years kinda tells you there just in for the business end of it, they could care less. don't go there trust me not good people. found a very nice elderly lady don't drive but about 5 miles a week maybe too take over payments on Nissan Maxima keeping full coverage on it, who has a mechanic that said he would replace the evaporator for her. Lord help your business if you ever return a vehicle there my friend did, they got on his business review and trashed his business by having salesmen put in bad reviews on his business. like I said stay away from anything that has to do with erdman motors.

I worked with a very nice sales person, very professional. he spent time showing me the cars and explained to me everything to the point that i made a decision to buy from him until I met with the most horrible disrespectful manager i've ever seen in my life. I ve never seen a manger that yell at his customers. Just because he did not like my offer, he went all red and started to yell that everyone in building heard him. We found the car of my college-age daughter's dream through the assistance of Kyle, who amazingly located a pristine Jeep Wrangler that matched our needs completely. Everything about our transaction with Osman Super Center was above board. They were straight-forward, easy to deal with, and did everything they said they would do. The price of the Jeep was on target with the Blue Book value, but could have been priced even higher due to it's excellent condition and other upgrades. We felt that Perry Osman gave us a great deal! The entire staff was super friendly, from the mechanics in the garage, to the office staff. The business manager, Carol, made the paper-signing process enjoyable and fun. On the night we closed on the car, she and Kyle stayed late to accommodate our work schedules. We can give our unequivocal recommendation for this dealership, and will be visiting there again when our younger daughter needs a car!

Since the purchase I have had a leak and even though they were a buy here pay here lot and the car was as is they even went above and beyond to fix the problem! This place is a NIGHTMARE I purchased a 2005 Honda Odyssey With the understanding that the issues I'd pointed out would be fixed (Burning oil, alignment, motor mount) I remember it well it was my sons 9th birthday and he's autistic He was so excited (he called it the mystery machine) The salesman swore all issues would be resolved or my money back! (Big laugh there) the mechanic had it in the back for 20mins. And then said it was ready? No way! All that work would Have to take hours! I drove it around the block and as I suspended NOT FIXED! The mechanic took it for a drive,came in the back door and pulled the lady I'd been dealing with aside Told her something and then came back to me to feel me he was gonna need till tomorrow to fix it so I told the lady I'd just take my money back! She talked to the mechanic and said(he's gonna fix it now like we promised but its gonna take a bit, go get lunch and it'll be done when I get back Well 2 hours later it wasn't finished ad getting late outside I said I'd come back in the morning the salesman again assured me it would be repaired or my money back guaranteed! And as I feared next day only the motor mount was replaced So when I asked for my money back this NEW lady tell's me No REFUNDS AS IS I looked at the salesman and said That's not wat he told me! I left (without the car,) and went directly to my bank to stop payment It took my bank 2 months to deny my fraud claim and Now the vans still at there lot (or so they say) I'm out $3000.00 And every time I'm told the manager will call me they don't! These people will stupe so low as to swindle a needy family with an autistic child! Be warned!!
