I was an unhappy Ford owner after buying a CPO 2018 Ford Transit Connect XLT from Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel and having many problems with it. Tallahassee Ford dealt with it while under warranty, and I was not happy with how long repairs took, how poor communication was, and more. I was also not happy with Ford in general, and I had said I would not buy another Ford after this experience. However, everything changed today! I initially went to get the same problem repaired for the 4th time on the van- the computer wasn't working, so I had no speedometer, odometer, etc. It was just a sensor that needed repaired, but it was a 2-month wait to get in for repairs, so I almost took it to a different dealership based on my experiences there the last couple of years. I decided to give them one more chance, and I am glad I did. The entire vibe is different now. From the moment I walked in- honestly not with the best attitude out of sheer frustration with how many times I had to bring the van in- I was impressed. Allen was my service advisor, and he was exceptional in every way. He communicated with me and kept me in the loop. When I sat down in the waiting area, multiple people came to me and other customers offering Lucky Goat coffee, Tasty Pastry treats, water, and soda. The place is absolutely spotless! A nice lady was cleaning the entire time I was there. The waiting area is comfortable with free WiFi and lots of amenities. There was minor miscommunication when I was told my van would need to stay at least overnight, so I had to wait a bit on the shuttle. As I was sitting in the shuttle giving my details, I saw my van being driven out of the service area. He said it must be ready. I said I had been told it was not going to be done today, but we agreed I should get out and find out. It turns out it was ready, so I was happy I wasn't going to waste time going back to my house then having to return. I went inside to sign some papers, and I was very impressed with everyone. As I got ready to leave, one of the gentlemen who had offered me coffee earlier asked how my experience was. I told him that it was so much better and I was thankful for how kind, professional, and service-oriented everyone was including Allen, Bill, the ladies in the service area, and him. He then introduced himself as Bill McKinney, one of the new owners. I told him about all the problems I had with the van, and I said I had hoped to trade it in for a pickup truck. At Bill's invitation, I was hopping out of the van and onto the showroom floor. I ended up spending the entire rest of the day there looking at first at used pickup trucks, then new ones. I observed every person who worked there interacting with customers in such positive ways. It didn't matter who the person was, they were treated with respect and kindness. Bill introduced me to Willy Campos who took care of me and let me test drive different vehicles. Everyone was amazing, and they offered me a good trade deal with the van. Willy went above and beyond, and I was beyond thankful. He helped me move hundreds of pounds of SCUBA gear (from my nonprofit organization) that had been in the van into my new truck. I left feeling very happy with my purchase and with an extremely positive feeling about Tallahassee Ford. Today reminded me of the old days of the dealership when they were so great. I feel strongly that they are great again. If you had a bad experience previously, I strongly encourage you to give them another try. Bill McKinney was integral to my excellent customer service experience. I am so thankful! I've only bought 2 new vehicles in my life, both from this dealership. My first was in 2005, and I didn't think I would ever buy another. Today was different. I now have a 2023 F-150 STX that I love, and I left Tallahassee Ford feeling like every person who works there cares about their jobs and the customers they serve! As a result, I highly recommend Tallahassee Ford!

Lifetime powertrain warranty here on most of their vehicles is a HUGE plus; we drove from Clearwater FL to get a vehicle from here because they had the best deal in a 500 mile radius AND were able to work with me on the price; worth the drive- recommending everyone look here for there next vehicle! *Service team amazing as well- they did an oil change on vehicle before we left; definitely recommend Hunter and his team for any vehicle service/ upgrade needs!!

I took my car in for body repairs, as was suggested by the Toyota dealership. The original estimate was for less than $5000. Then it went up to $14,000 and ended up to be almost $20,000. I hit a pole in a parking lot, never even broke the headlight and the air bags did not go off, I was going about 10 mph. They sent it to a different mechanic who removed the engine so Bay could “fix the frame” and then the mechanic couldn’t figure out how to correctly reinstall it back. It sat in the parking lot for 3 months with the hood off where more damage to the engine was done. Bay argued with the mechanic about who was going to fix what and who was going to pay, and no work was done for months while the car sat there. They continued to lie to me about what was happening as to the repairs every week I called. The car took 6 months for the repair that was originally estimated to take 14 days. My insurance company finally sent someone to the shop to find out what was going on and discovered what was happening. Bay then had to send the car to the Toyota dealership to have the eigine fixed from all the damage done. It cost an extra $5000 which they passed along to the insurance company. The insurance company (AIG) say they’ve never had this happen where a company doesn’t get pre approval and just sends a bill for $5000. Bay refused to release the car until the insurance company paid in full. It sat there for a week while they came to a conclusion. Then Bay Body decided to take the car for a test drive the day we were headed there to pick it up and they found another problem. Fortunately they got it fixed, after I threw a fit. 6 months and $20,000 later we got the car back. My insurance company say if they’d known the final cost they would have totaled the car. They were horrible, they lied every time we called and ripped us off for thousands of dollars. They contracted a terrible mechanic and then didn’t want to stand by their decision. I recommend you don’t take you car there for anything!

Left my 2020 F150 for service. On the way home checked my tire pressure. One tire was very low. They had told me I needed tires but didn't even check the pressure. A day or 2 later the washer fluid light came on. They hadn't checked the fluid. I decided to Check the coolant. No coolant visible. Had to use a stick to find coolant level. Wonder if they actually changed the oil.

I wish there was spots to give everyone kudos. I did not find a rude or snake-type person in the entire bunch! The service people even treat you fantastically. Everyone says hello, opens the doors, doesn't point but will walk with you to your location. Oh and popcorn from the express lube is a plus too. As far as the sales team, that is the fastest I have been in and out of a dealership ever. Not loaded with crazy mark ups. Bethany really listened, and made sure I was in the right vehicle for my needs!! I also loved the family feeling from the managers and everyone else. They didn't hide in a box, or look down at you. They came out, they met us. Chad even made finance not that painful!

Monday morning I received a call from salesman Hunter Rondello from Thomasville office. He was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. If this is the type of "customer service" they provide, ladies I suggest you leave your husband at home if you go there to buy a car or have your vehicle serviced. It says a lot about their dealership, the character of the people they hire and their lack of business ethics if this is the type of people they hire. They lost a loyal customer, along with several other potential customers due to their lack of ethics, integrity and trust. Employees sleeping with married customers is a bad look for the whole business. Taking my business elsewhere instead of dealing with trash.

This is the worst dealership in Georgia. Took over a month to payoff trade. Mike at the dealership is a “BIG LIAR” stay away from this guy. Almost screwed up my credit by not paying off my vehicle in a timely manner. I had to drive from the Tallahassee, Fl. area back to the dealership to make them payoff my trade-in and print a check for a late payment on the trade-in.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I called and spoke with John in service. I told John I would be dropping my vehicle off for service. I specifically asked for a certain tech to work on my car. He has been working on my car for years. Come to find out my car was never given to the tech I requested. I don't appreciate my request being ignored. If a service writer can't follow a simple request, will he be able to relay the proper information to get my car fixed properly? Every other time I requested a certain tech work on my car; it's been given to him. Why John took it upon himself to give my car to whomever he wanted it beyond me.
