I've dealt with Butler Toyota over the years. Servicing my 2011 Corolla. The service I received was always great. I recently decided to purchase a new vehicle and where else would I go but to Butler Toyota. Upon arrival I met the most pleasant gentleman. His name Gifferd Lee. When I tell you that this young man was awesome at his job that is an understatement. I told him what I was thinking and he took it from there. Within 30 minutes he showed me a Black on Black Toyota Camry. When I tell you I fell in love with the car on the spot I did. He walked me through the process, keeping me updated along the way. He made sure I was happy and satisfied with this vehicle. I went in on August 28th 8 days before my birthday so this was a wonderful birthday gift! I was truly pleased with the service I received and wanted to let everyone know if you're looking for a car, go see Gifferd Lee at Butler Toyota in Macon. He's an awesome guy with a beautiful heart. Recently purchased a 2025 Toyota Sequioa TRD Pro from Lowe Toyota. First of all, the buying experience was much better than previous experiences at other dealers in the Middle Georgia area. After owning the vehicle for three weeks, found that there was a problem with the vehicle in how it was made at the factory. The accessory on the vehicle was causing a minor problem and I am a very picky customer. I dealt with Kevin Williams, the sales manager and made him aware of the problem. He had limited ability as the local dealer sales manager to handle a problem that was factory installed. However, he promptly came to a satisfactory solution for both of us. The accessory was removed and corrected the problem with the vehicle. By the way, I love the Sequoia, and this corrected the only complaint I had with the vehicle. He did what a manager is hired to do. He was presented with a problem and came to a solution in a prompt manner and I left the dealership satisfied. This is rare in today's market, especially with car dealerships. I want to thank Kevin for his help and would recommend Lowe's to anyone. Keith Martin

Although we purchased a vehicle from here this dealership is horrible. I will never return nor buy another car from here or any of their chains. Our sales manager said one thing and did the complete opposite. Cleanup of the vehicle was horrendous. A week later and we are still cleaning sand and dirt out of it.

My husband and I purchased a new Tacoma truck about 5 months ago and we love it! We wanted to commend our salesman, Colby Yates, who Jerry Pitts recommended to us. He was very knowledgeable and efficient with the whole purchase process and located the truck we were looking for. When it was delivered, he spent a great deal of time getting us set up in it. He explained and reviewed all the features the truck had to offer, which had a lot, with which we were not familiar. My husband was disappointed that Toyota does not offer CD players in the trucks anymore and Colby went above and beyond to try to help us with other options to be able to play my husband's music in the truck. He even copied a stack of CDs onto a jump drive and showed us how we could then play that in the truck, since we were not versed in how to do that ourselves. He went way out of his way to help us and was so nice throughout. We would highly recommend Pitts Toyota and especially Colby Yates to others looking for a great vehicle.

New Vehicle purchase - U of F Country Gator

I live over 300 miles away from Prince Toyota and I have continuously purchased my vehicles for over 15 years from Prince simply put, They Earned it!!!! Prices are always more than fair and they go the extra mile to find the vehicle that I want -vs- selling me just what they have on their lot in inventory. My latest purchase ended up being somewhat complicated simply because of the customer and not the dealership. They found the vehicle I wanted and did some customization to ensure that it was perfect and met my expectations even though they are aware that because of the distance that I live we will not be a customer for ongoing maintenance. We have 4 vehicles in my garage and 3 of them are Prince Toyotas, my daughter at 16 wanted a Kia but when she graduates this year from college we will be purchasing a new Rav4 for her from Prince.
