A drastic problem arose in late May and as I was prepared to swap out a rear differential it became apparent that the cause was related to the prior service, as I explained to my service rep, Shanna. Her immediate reaction was that Lake Keowee Ford will make things right and they did, at no added cost. Went trade in shopping he got me a good trade in value and he sold me on a Nissan Frontier. There was a paperwork discrepancy that in the end was my fault but Athens Ford and Michael did right by me in correcting it and I really appreciated that. Made an appointment to have my door lock on my 2020 F150 checked as it wound not lock or unlock on passenger front. They called and said it was fixed.changed some settings. Picked up the vehicle and still had the same issue. Didn't even check the reason it was brought in. Told me they would pick it up and get it fixed on the following Friday. Get a text on Friday telling me they could not get to it. Made another appointment for the following Monday. Took it in and was told the warranty company was closed and it was going to be a 195.00 diagnostic fee and 700 plus to fix if it was the actuator. All I have gotten was a runaround. This is the worst service I have ever received from a dealership. I will no longer purchase Fords again.

they charged $1500 to my 80 year old mother to fix gear shift in 2013 ford edge. she made it home and it locked up in park for good.i added an oil change and checked and no oil change but she got charged.they ran a full tank of gas out.these people are crooks and the will get there.you will get robbed here.this rater made me give this business one star
