I had an amazing experience working with Taniqua McGregor as my service advisor! From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. She kept me updated throughout the process, answered all my questions with patience, and made everything smooth and stress-free. I was worried about my car and she even gave me a courtesy call to check on me and reassured me not to worry and get some rest. I did not know rodents could chew up wiring and she even recommended ways to ensure it does not happen again. I was told they did not have any loaner or rental cars when I called and Taniqua ensured I was able to get one while my car was serviced for a day. Nalley Toyota Stonecrest did the repair quickly as well and my car was as good as new. Taniqua deserves service advisor of the year. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, but Taniqua is definitely one of them. If you need top-notch service, she’s the one to see!

When I tell you their customer-first experience is no nonsense, please believe me! This isn’t some “Sweepstakes Review”, these are real world honest facts. I inquired about a vehicle online, I was quoted a price by a salesman, however, I wasn’t feeling the price, and thus I told the salesman. I later received a call from Scott Doshan, Director of Development, we made a connection, negotiated a price and now I’m driving my new vehicle. When I say this dealership went over and beyond to complete this purchase to my satisfaction, that’s an understatement. No hassle, no pressure, no gimmicks; just committed customer service. From my salesman, Parker Allen, to Andree in the financial office, even the front receptionist, who was later dusting around the dealership came up and called my wife and I by first names and asked, how our purchase was going. We were done in about an hour. The only downfall is that I live 4 hours away, but I guarantee you, I will be making that trip again when I’m in the market for another vehicle! Their BBB rating should be AAA+++. FACTS!!!

She gives me a time when our car will be done, timely updates and explains what was done. In my last visit she and the mechanics were helpful in getting our car done even earlier than expected that helped me get to my next appointment. I very much appreciate having Rahel and the mechanics to service our Camry!!

Toyota South Atlanta was the second dealership we visited - Jeff

Toyota South Atlanta was the second dealership we visited this week to purchase a new or newly used car. Tim Ellis was the kind of salesperson we wish we could always have. He was direct. He did not take us in circles. He did not have to "check with someone else" about our requests because he knew his job and was always respectful and accommodating. He closed the deal with his knowledge and authenticity. Another employee also deserves praise. Her name is Dekia. She led us on our test drive and also answered preliminary questions about the operation of the car and its features. When I returned the next day to pay for the car and get the owners' manual, she said she thought my nephew had left his earbuds on the table the previous day. She did not have to do that. In fact, he had left them there. He is grateful for her kindness and honesty. She did the right thing when she did not have to, and that speaks to her integrity and way that she looks at the world. The qualities these two employees showed us are a compliment to two valuable employees.
