we purchased a new 2024 Expidition ,, we had about 4 weeks and needed oil change called Chris who advised that a portable oil change truck could do change at our business, he had Bernie come out the next day and was done. great response. they have done it 2 times now have 9000+ miles about 6 weeks. This is 6th Expidition first 1996.

First off let me say this was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. The people are so friendly. Cindy made me feel so welcome. The owner came and introduced himself to me. Even the owners fur baby came and loved on me. The first day I took my truck and got it appraised and Cindy helped me choose a vehicle that fit what I needed. I was able to go home and think about it. Then I filled out the application online. When I tell you I went back, signed all of my paperwork and was out in less than 2 hrs. I’ve been doing business with Don Rich Ford for more than 50 years. That fact alone speaks for itself. They are friendly, honest, and efficient. They are my go to for service even though I have to drive 20 miles while passing another closer dealership. I am always treated like family anytime I am in the building. In 2022 we ordered a 2022 Ford Explorer Limited. When it arrived it was not as we had ordered. Since we had already sold our other vehicles, we had no choice but accept it. Bart worked with us on a reorder and got us into a new 2023 Explorer Limited at a very reasonable exchange. That is the kind of family owned business they have been for generations.
