He went the extra mile. I live in the city and bringing my car in for service is not easy. The back windshield wiper blade was something he said I would have to come back for. I shared that it was inconvenient and asked if he could ship it to me. He was able to locate the replacement blade and replace it while I was there, saving a return trip. Really appreciated his efforts.

They made up a lie about my credit it was totally false because I was already approved through GM for financing. They caused me to waste time and money. This should be considered fraud. I took my 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Salon into the dealership for an oil change and to have a noise checked out. I was greeted by a gentleman named Rick and another named James - I was greeted by Rick James. They took a quick look under the hood, and Rick James both thought they could have my problem fixed during the routine oil change. I waited in a comfortable waiting room and got to watch Night at the Museum 2 - The Smithsonian, and it was the shizzle. The oil change was done to perfection, and my flux capacitor belt was adjusted to take care of my noise - GREAT service guys! The service manager, Mr. Jamison King, also chatted with me and the next time I need service on my 1987 Cutty I'll be coming back to Lee Munroe's Pinetree Buick/GMC/Pontiac/Olds/Hummer/SAAB/Chevy/Geo/Cadillac/Saturn.

I visited Carvilla on March 6, 2026 to purchase a 2022 Rivian R1T Adventure Package (Stock #NN007505). The vehicle was advertised online at $46,700. However, when I received the buyer’s worksheet, the dealership added a $999 documentation fee on top of the advertised price. I asked if the fee could be removed or included in the advertised price, but the dealership declined. Under guidance from the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division, non-government fees such as dealer documentation fees are supposed to be included in the advertised vehicle price. Only government fees (tax, tag, title) should be added separately. Because of this, I filed a complaint with the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. I even emailed the sales manager, Gustavo E Belzares, giving the dealership the opportunity to resolve the issue and complete the purchase by removing or adjusting the $999 fee, but I never received a response. I was genuinely ready to buy the truck that same day. Unfortunately, the pricing practice and lack of response prevented the deal from moving forward. I hope the dealership becomes more transparent about their advertised pricing so customers know the true cost before visiting.
