Excellent experience until I started signing final - psomers85

Excellent experience until I started signing final paperwork. I thought Johnny Sapp was a bit too pushy on the extended warranties.

Amazing experience from start to finish! - Chan S

Amazing experience from start to finish! Kendrick was able to get me my dream truck just in time for my birthday and I couldn't be happier! As a frequent car buyer, I can say this has been my best experience yet! 10/10 recommend buying your next car here!

We just got our third car from this dealership. - samanthaleigh0424

We just got our third car from this dealership. We worked with Kimari McNair for all three, and we can’t imagine ever buying a car through anyone else! He was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable and willing to help us get into our preferred vehicles as much as possible. He is so friendly and personable! We had a positive experience with everyone there. Ken Farfour in finance was wonderful to work with and we couldn’t have asked for a better environment and experience.

I recently purchased a 2024 Chevy Malibu from these guys, - Alyscea Smith

I recently purchased a 2024 Chevy Malibu from these guys, my experience was quick and easy. Aubrey was extremely helpful and communicative! When my check engine light came on the general Manager Chris couldn’t have been more helpful. I brought it in to get checked out, when they couldn’t fix it Chris scheduled an appointment at another dealership immediately! When the bill came for the services to fix it, Riverside Ford paid for it in full. I was extremely taken care of and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with purchasing my first car! I will happily recommend this dealership and especially Chris and Aubrey!

Great service. - brwilliams68

Great service. Even though they were swamped they managed to get my Car done before closing time.

Been using Lafayette for over 10 years now and have always gotten great services and repairs when needed. Now that they can come and pickup/deliver my vehicle makes it very satisfying now that I am partially handicapped! Great business!!

My vehicle was towed to Bennettsville Ford after an - Jay.Littleton

My vehicle was towed to Bennettsville Ford after an object from the road went through my windshield. The service team was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and even offered going the extra mile by promising me a ride to the nearest car rental company. I was treated with total respect and actually felt like I was working with friends instead of the usual customer/vendor relationship. I was kept informed on the status of my vehicle through text messages and phone calls. I was even called by Judy to inform me that she had moved my vehicle inside the shop since my windshield was destroyed and rain was imminent in the Bennettsville area. I HIGHLY recommend using this dealership for any and all vehicle service work!

If you need to buy a vehicle ask for Robert George! - dawntitafi

If you need to buy a vehicle ask for Robert George! Robert was welcoming, professional, and genuinely interested in understanding what we needed. He came in with a clear plan, took the time to listen to us, and made us feel like valued customers. He answered all of our questions with patience, kept us informed every step of the way, and made sure we were completely taken care of from start to finish. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured—just purely amazed with the honest guidance, outstanding customer service and the fact that we drove away with a vehicle that we absolutely love. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to help you find the right vehicle, we highly recommend Robert George at Capital Ford in Wilmington.

If you want to have your car serviced at Crossroads Ford - Mark Welsh

If you want to have your car serviced at Crossroads Ford of Apex expect to pay very high prices. Their diagnostic fee is $250, basically the price you pay for them to tell how much they will overcharge you for a repair. The labor to fix my problem took two (2) hours and cost $410 on the invoice, so their shop rate for labor is $205 dollars an hour!! On the final bill the line item for labor was listed as “supplemental work” and no breakdown of the hours or type of work for the job. There was also a charge for $40 in shop supplies to replace a horn?!? I asked an independent auto repair shop what they charged for the same repair including initial diagnosis, repair labor and part and the total was less than half of what this dealer charged. Not only is this service department ridiculously expensive, but I believe they will do everything they can to take as much money from you as possible with utter lack of transparency. Essentially, these folks are everything you would want to avoid when repairing your car. My advice is don't use them!!

My experience at Beach Ford was great. - JUDGENOT507

Mike Brinkman and Frank Nappi the finance manager made - stevemillermd

Mike Brinkman and Frank Nappi the finance manager made our purchase of a 2025 Maverick XLT extremely easy. Everything was ready to go when we arrived and Mike took the time to show my son how everything in the truck worked before our departure. While we were on vacation at Emerald Island I learned about a Front Lower Control Arm Ball Joint Do Not Drive recall Friday afternoon at 4:00 and we were leaving the next morning for a 9 hour drive home. I called Mike and he found a Ford dealer near us and contacted them to arrange an inspection the next morning before we left. He even called to make sure we passed inspection and everything was okay. Crossroads Ford has a great team in Mike and Frank, and Mike especially went above and beyond the type of care one usually sees nowadays. We greatly appreciate it and my son is really enjoying his new truck!

Rip off artists. - mij

Rip off artists. I was quoted a price for an oil change. It billed out $30 more than qouted. When I raised the issue with management all I got was excuses (who charges a document fee for an oil change?). Communication is poor, it took me several attempts the day before to get a price on an oil change. These folks are extraction artists, as in extract your wallet.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! - Johnny

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I will surely take part of the blame for not doing my due diligence before buying a 2025 Ford F-350 Super Duty pickup truck. I assumed that such an big and expensive peice of ... equipment would be capable of towing the kind of weight and trailer I need to tow. The mechanical ability is there. The tow hitch receiver is plenty strong enough. The truck is beefy enough. The electrical connections are there. The dealer even added an optional package to make towing a big RV trailer safer. Except for one tiny omission -- an option from the factory. A trailer brake controller. This is a pickup we're talking about, not a chassis cab. But I didn't check before turning over the money and signing the paperwork. Now I own a 7000 lb paperweight. But wait! There's more! When I had questions about those dealer installed options (actually customer installed, but why split hairs), thinking that they wouldn't work with the truck (I was wrong, but they didn't know I was wrong either--I only found out after I dove into the installation literature)--the General Sales Manager decided it was a good idea to argue with me. Even when I said we should wait and ask the master tech. The funny thing is that I actually got insulted when he suggested we rescind and unwind the deal. Ironically, that was the nicest and smartest thing he said, and I will forever regret not taking him up on it. Now, it isn't easy to admit I'm a fool. Maybe I expect too much, but it would have been nice if, after telling them I was going to pull a bobcat loader with the truck, someone would have mentioned that, despite any assumption to the contrary, trying to do such a thing with THAT truck could be deadly -- and illegal. Don't get me wrong, not all is lost. In fact, it's probably the best thing because the glitch with the software on the truck itself can disconnect the trailer brake controller installed at the factory from the truck's defective computer. Just like it was never installed in the first place. I suppose this issue will make the news in the not-too-distant future. Lawsuits aplenty. So the good here is that I can get a trailer brake controller that actually works and won't kill anyone. In closing, I shall never again do any business with Leith, I will never take the truck to Leith for warranty work, and I will at every opportunity warn others to stay as far away from Leith as humanly possible.

Capital Ford is an outstanding dealership. - Celine Shoup

Capital Ford is an outstanding dealership. Joseph helped us find the car we wanted and then answered all our questions. There are a lot of choices on the screen, and Joseph made sure we were comfortable with the car before we bought it. The manager of Capital Ford also allowed us to drive the vehicle to my mother's house, so we could make sure she could get in the passenger seat with no trouble. We will return to Capital Ford when we need another vehicle. Thank you, Joseph!

Very poor service department. - Cb_allen2000

Very poor service department. They had the truck 4 days to replace a catalytic converter. I have had to contact them as they have not reached out to me at all to update me. The part is in but they have not the time to get it done per service department rep. Never again will I take truck to them. This is my work vehicle that I make my living with.

Just purchased a used Lexus from Sale Auto Mall and the Sales representative "Paul Jarman" was great to work with. Pricing was excellent and service was fast and easy. There was a manager who helped with the sale who was great to talk to while we waited for our paperwork. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from Sale Auto Mall and recommend it to all my co-workers at Moen Inc.

I purchased a new 2025 Mustang GT RTR Spec 3 (28 miles) - lackner384

I purchased a new 2025 Mustang GT RTR Spec 3 (28 miles) from these guys-the undercarriage, exhaust, harmonic balancer and rotors were rusted like the car sat in the elements for months. I traveled from Pennsylvania to purchase this vehicle and when I tried to have the issue remedied with management, but they told me it wasn't their problem and blamed the upfitter. But the car was purchased from Capital Rocky Mount Ford, and they should have caught this before they sold the vehicle. Contrary to what their website says, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND EVERY VEHICLE THEY SELL. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
