I bought a Blue Advantage certified 2022 ford Explorer. When I took delivery of the vehicle, check engine light came on within 4 days and then 2 more times within 30 days. Each time the vehicle was diagnos When I took delivery of the vehicle, check engine light came on within 4 days and then 2 more times within 30 days. Each time the vehicle was diagnosed by a Ford Dealership Service Dept. After the 3rd visit, I stated, I no longer wanted the vehicle and wanted another. FYI.. Blue Advantage Certified warranty claims that within 14 days , I can return. When the 2nd Explorer was found, paper work showed I was trading the vehicle in for the second purchase at a loss of $4100.00 or I could keep the 1st and wait for a motor replacement. Of course, I was stuck in a situation that took all of the joy of buying my wife a newer vehicle. I opted to keep the 2nd vehicle but after becoming extremely vocal of my displeasure, I ended up with a vehicle with 20k less miles, a better warranty (bumper to bumper) and a Vehicle premium package for an additional $1200.00 which was acceptable. Customers should not have to become irate to be treated fairly. Fair and honest is all I was hoping for. I did not receive this. Regards, Bubba Jones More

I had my service completed at the Quik lane. They were very thorough on the service inspection and maintenance requirements.
