I've been taking my 2021 Land Cruiser here for four years for service. They are efficient, courteous and very knowledgeable. The waiting area is clean. Bathrooms are clean and coffee is free. The rep stays in touch as to status and is quick with follow up questions. They bring my vehicle back to service entrance and have it ready to go. Impressive team. Highly recommend them.

Jamira and Stephanny had our Tacoma thoroughly evaluated after a freak accident while driving from Philly to Fayetteville on 95. Within 3 hours they had it aligned and drivable so we could continue to Florida. Their service level was topnotch.

Second new car purchased from this dealer. No haggling or negotiations necessary. They offer a proposal which they honor without hidden fees or surprises later. Their price is considerably less than other dealerships and the service afterward is fast and efficient. I will likely trade cars every year at this dealership. I will add that this Toyota dealer is far different from others in the region.

I live in Durham and Chose to purchase my Hylander Hybrid from Massey because their customer service is the best I have ever seen from a dealership. Randy Kelly nd Mike Martin made everything about buying this car and trading in two cars easy. I have had my Highlander a month now and driven it 1,500 miles so far and am thrilled with everything about it. I wish I could give 100 stars!
