Bennetsville Ford is one of the best places I have dealt with in a long time. My truck stopped running on Hwy 38. I called and talked to service dept at about 3:45. They had a tow truck to me within 15 minutes. Back at shop had to keep truck to work on it. Service lady helped me get Uber to get home. She went over and beyond. Since I didn’t have uber acct and it was 5:00 then. Can’t tell you how much I appreciate all the did for me. Even checked my cooler and refrigerated my insulin. I can tell you that type of service is very rare and it didn’t go unnoticed! Thank everyone there!!

Very poor service department. They had the truck 4 days to replace a catalytic converter. I have had to contact them as they have not reached out to me at all to update me. The part is in but they have not the time to get it done per service department rep. Never again will I take truck to them. This is my work vehicle that I make my living with.

I called on a truck i seen listed. They were close to my home and thought I would deal with a local dealer. I spoke with a salesman named Al Mendez. He said he could do better than the price I seen listed. He told a price. I came in drove the truck. I asked him a few questions and now I realize he evaded answering them. I gave him a credit application although I was going through my credit union. He came back and said everything is good. He gave me the paperwork and the price was different it was much higher than he told me. I asked about the price. He said he could not sell it for what he said. We had a discussion, then Al went and got the sales manager. I was pressured into buying the truck, and when i said no. He got an attitude. the sales manager asked Al about the price he gave me. Al said he was not sure did not remember. Total B S here. Al misled me on price and super high pressure. I did not buy a truck from them and recommend you do not go to Pittsboro Ford.

My vehicle was towed to Bennettsville Ford about 1-3 days before the appointment and it sat there for approximately 1 week from that day just to find out that they were unable to diagnose and fix my vehicle. They gave me the run around up until my husband and I went up there. I requested the GM numerous times and have yet to speak with him. They towed my vehicle to Darlington Ford, on their expense; which they diagnosed my vehicle as soon as they got it. However I still have to wait because the part is on back order. Bennettsville Ford left me with a tow bill of $250, because they never did any work or called in a claim for my coverage company to cover. So I've been without a vehicle for about 2 weeks. It's so sad that a business motto would be to serve and press to satisfy customers, and customers actually leave worse off than before. I don't know if it's everyone but I can say one guy (Mr. Ronnie) he laid it flat after we went up there and we came to a conclusion to forward our vehicle elsewhere. But I am a very dissatisfied customer!!! Corporate needs to know what is going on!!!!!!!!😠😡
