Great people to work with. Worked with Paul (service writer) previously, and he is the best by far. Customer service seems to be job #1. Keith Hawthorne Ford has Restored my Faith in Car Dealerships! I drove 2 states away to purchase a Pre-owned Nissan Maxima and it was so worth it! This all began as an Internet Inquiry that turned into my next Purchase. We were promptly and professionally greeted upon arrival then escorted to our Sales Professional, Andrew. Even the General Sales Manager took time to seek me out and personally introduce himself, shake my hand, and thank me for my purchase. This Dealership is On Point! Exceptional Customer Service, Value, and 100% Customer Satisfaction! The Vehicle I purchased, the Team, the Facility, the Entire Experience Exceeded my Expectations!
