Amazing experience from start to finish! - Chan S

Amazing experience from start to finish! Kendrick was able to get me my dream truck just in time for my birthday and I couldn't be happier! As a frequent car buyer, I can say this has been my best experience yet! 10/10 recommend buying your next car here!

We had a great experience buying our 2026 Ford Maverick - eric

We had a great experience buying our 2026 Ford Maverick from out of the area. We arrived to the dealership late after a transportation delay and everythign was ready and in place for us to get back on the road home with our new vehicle.

I've been very satisfied with Crossroads Ford. - Veghead

I've been very satisfied with Crossroads Ford. They take me as quickly as possible and sometimes on the spur of the moment. Right now there's an issue with my check engine light, and they think I might be getting smoke coming into the engine from a former repair on the fuel input area. Because they estimated the repair at nearly $700, I'm going to get a 2nd opinion. I have a Hybrid Fusion. Hopefully I can get it resolved without having to spend that much $$. Overall, I'm very, very happy with their service. Good people.

Wonderful young salesman! - angieg19811

Wonderful young salesman! Great experience, didn’t feel pushed into buying. They will go the extra mile for you!

If you want to have your car serviced at Crossroads Ford - Mark Welsh

If you want to have your car serviced at Crossroads Ford of Apex expect to pay very high prices. Their diagnostic fee is $250, basically the price you pay for them to tell how much they will overcharge you for a repair. The labor to fix my problem took two (2) hours and cost $410 on the invoice, so their shop rate for labor is $205 dollars an hour!! On the final bill the line item for labor was listed as “supplemental work” and no breakdown of the hours or type of work for the job. There was also a charge for $40 in shop supplies to replace a horn?!? I asked an independent auto repair shop what they charged for the same repair including initial diagnosis, repair labor and part and the total was less than half of what this dealer charged. Not only is this service department ridiculously expensive, but I believe they will do everything they can to take as much money from you as possible with utter lack of transparency. Essentially, these folks are everything you would want to avoid when repairing your car. My advice is don't use them!!

Great experience. - D1F50

Great experience. Tracy is wonderful, and there was zero pressure to buy. I met all of the managers, and they seem like nice, honest folks. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Mike Brinkman and Frank Nappi the finance manager made - stevemillermd

Mike Brinkman and Frank Nappi the finance manager made our purchase of a 2025 Maverick XLT extremely easy. Everything was ready to go when we arrived and Mike took the time to show my son how everything in the truck worked before our departure. While we were on vacation at Emerald Island I learned about a Front Lower Control Arm Ball Joint Do Not Drive recall Friday afternoon at 4:00 and we were leaving the next morning for a 9 hour drive home. I called Mike and he found a Ford dealer near us and contacted them to arrange an inspection the next morning before we left. He even called to make sure we passed inspection and everything was okay. Crossroads Ford has a great team in Mike and Frank, and Mike especially went above and beyond the type of care one usually sees nowadays. We greatly appreciate it and my son is really enjoying his new truck!

Rip off artists. - mij

Rip off artists. I was quoted a price for an oil change. It billed out $30 more than qouted. When I raised the issue with management all I got was excuses (who charges a document fee for an oil change?). Communication is poor, it took me several attempts the day before to get a price on an oil change. These folks are extraction artists, as in extract your wallet.

My husband and I ordered our 2024 Ford Maverick Hybred - pruettg4mh

My husband and I ordered our 2024 Ford Maverick Hybred from Boyd Automotive in July 2023. Throughout the waiting process, Jason kept us informed of the build-status of our vehicle and was very willing to answer our questions. We received delivery of the truck on May 30th. Jason and the team were extremely helpful, made sure everything was just the way we had ordered it, took time to review the truck with us so that driving would be easy. I am the primary driver and just love it! We took off from Durham to Florida for a trip the day after delivery. The truck performed very well then, and has since. I highly recommend Boyd Automotive to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle; in fact, I did recommend to a friend of church already!

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! - Johnny

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I will surely take part of the blame for not doing my due diligence before buying a 2025 Ford F-350 Super Duty pickup truck. I assumed that such an big and expensive peice of ... equipment would be capable of towing the kind of weight and trailer I need to tow. The mechanical ability is there. The tow hitch receiver is plenty strong enough. The truck is beefy enough. The electrical connections are there. The dealer even added an optional package to make towing a big RV trailer safer. Except for one tiny omission -- an option from the factory. A trailer brake controller. This is a pickup we're talking about, not a chassis cab. But I didn't check before turning over the money and signing the paperwork. Now I own a 7000 lb paperweight. But wait! There's more! When I had questions about those dealer installed options (actually customer installed, but why split hairs), thinking that they wouldn't work with the truck (I was wrong, but they didn't know I was wrong either--I only found out after I dove into the installation literature)--the General Sales Manager decided it was a good idea to argue with me. Even when I said we should wait and ask the master tech. The funny thing is that I actually got insulted when he suggested we rescind and unwind the deal. Ironically, that was the nicest and smartest thing he said, and I will forever regret not taking him up on it. Now, it isn't easy to admit I'm a fool. Maybe I expect too much, but it would have been nice if, after telling them I was going to pull a bobcat loader with the truck, someone would have mentioned that, despite any assumption to the contrary, trying to do such a thing with THAT truck could be deadly -- and illegal. Don't get me wrong, not all is lost. In fact, it's probably the best thing because the glitch with the software on the truck itself can disconnect the trailer brake controller installed at the factory from the truck's defective computer. Just like it was never installed in the first place. I suppose this issue will make the news in the not-too-distant future. Lawsuits aplenty. So the good here is that I can get a trailer brake controller that actually works and won't kill anyone. In closing, I shall never again do any business with Leith, I will never take the truck to Leith for warranty work, and I will at every opportunity warn others to stay as far away from Leith as humanly possible.

Capital Ford is an outstanding dealership. - Celine Shoup

Capital Ford is an outstanding dealership. Joseph helped us find the car we wanted and then answered all our questions. There are a lot of choices on the screen, and Joseph made sure we were comfortable with the car before we bought it. The manager of Capital Ford also allowed us to drive the vehicle to my mother's house, so we could make sure she could get in the passenger seat with no trouble. We will return to Capital Ford when we need another vehicle. Thank you, Joseph!

Very poor service department. - Cb_allen2000

Very poor service department. They had the truck 4 days to replace a catalytic converter. I have had to contact them as they have not reached out to me at all to update me. The part is in but they have not the time to get it done per service department rep. Never again will I take truck to them. This is my work vehicle that I make my living with.

My 2021 Mustang's first oil change service and tire... - scramblersteve

My 2021 Mustang's first oil change service and tire rotation was handled very professionally and quickly. Scheduling and service status communication was outstanding. Highly recommended.

Told me low price to get me in. Did not honor price. - CJ

I called on a truck i seen listed. They were close to my home and thought I would deal with a local dealer. I spoke with a salesman named Al Mendez. He said he could do better than the price I seen listed. He told a price. I came in drove the truck. I asked him a few questions and now I realize he evaded answering them. I gave him a credit application although I was going through my credit union. He came back and said everything is good. He gave me the paperwork and the price was different it was much higher than he told me. I asked about the price. He said he could not sell it for what he said. We had a discussion, then Al went and got the sales manager. I was pressured into buying the truck, and when i said no. He got an attitude. the sales manager asked Al about the price he gave me. Al said he was not sure did not remember. Total B S here. Al misled me on price and super high pressure. I did not buy a truck from them and recommend you do not go to Pittsboro Ford.

I purchased a new 2025 Mustang GT RTR Spec 3 (28 miles) - lackner384

I purchased a new 2025 Mustang GT RTR Spec 3 (28 miles) from these guys-the undercarriage, exhaust, harmonic balancer and rotors were rusted like the car sat in the elements for months. I traveled from Pennsylvania to purchase this vehicle and when I tried to have the issue remedied with management, but they told me it wasn't their problem and blamed the upfitter. But the car was purchased from Capital Rocky Mount Ford, and they should have caught this before they sold the vehicle. Contrary to what their website says, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND EVERY VEHICLE THEY SELL. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
