Helpful staff but my service took too long. I did have an issue with something they were checking on after oil change. No one let me know the status until I had been waiting almost 2 hrs

Amber and Alex were both great. No pressure sales. Amber kept in touch with me via text which I like. Alex should be glad it was raining during my test drive because I really wanted to see what the car would do. I have bought Nissans from 5 different dealers but Reidsville is the best. Thank you! Also the finance guy who I don’t remember his name was the best too. No pressure for add on’s from him. Worked out a good rate and I am very pleased.
