Following a car accident that left my previous Honda a total loss, I called and reached Taylor Bisbee who was a pleasure to work with from the start. She was patient as I waited to get my insurance payments and was even willing to pick me up from Enterprise when I returned my rental and was ready to make my purchase. Everything was handled well from start to finish with Taylor and the entire team. This was not a planned purchase, but everyone at Bisbee made this as smooth an experience as possible!

There were a few minor issues with the truck that didn't show in their pictures and of course none of it was mentioned prior to my 2 hour drive. The dealer refused to deliver the truck to me unless they were paid in full prior and wanted me to place a $1k non-refundable deposit. However, I purchased the truck anyway and I have been trying to get information from the salesman since but he has quit answering my messages. All I can tell you is be 100% before you hand them the money. 🤷‍♂️🙄

Very detailed and put up with me asking a million questions I met Moe and Chuck in the Sales leadership team - they were also very helpful. Fifi introduced me to Karen Mc. in the Service department. Karen is an absolute pleasure to work with! I text her my availability and she schedules my service appointment. No calling to hold on a phone nor talking with someone who is t physically at the dealership! They are loyal to their customers and for that reason, I’m loyal to them. I had if anyone has had a bad experience here - I cannot relate at all.
